About
I am a trauma informed therapist specializing in Addiction Recovery. As a woman in recovery myself, I am extremely passionate about helping others to work towards sobriety. Twelve years ago, I made the decision to get help with my alcoholism and am committed to walk beside others that are trying to do the same.
Since 2015 I have worked in the recovery field as a therapist. I am certified in Brainspotting as a form of trauma processing and offer this in conjunction with talk therapy for my clients.
