Hi, I’m Christina O. Nunez, a Latina, bilingual, and licensed therapist and the founder of From Within Therapy. I provide individual therapy to women navigating stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. I understand how hectic life can become. I offer a supportive, grounded space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gain practical tools to feel more in control. I am especially invested in supporting first-generation professionals as they work to restore hope while navigating family conflict, cultural expectations, and work-related stress. My specialties include working with anxious moms, and adults seeking therapy for the first time.

I'm trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and so you can expect to work collaboratively with me. Together, we will dive deep as to what thought and behavioral patterns are influencing your anxiety. I also now offer EMDR therapy for those seeking help with emotional stuck points and/or past trauma. Either way you can expect my warmth and committment.

Clients can also expect a service that is individually tailored beyond the principles of CBT and EMDR. I also integrate strength-based, mindful, and culturally sensitive elements to my work.
