Welcome. I am passionate in working with women and teens throughout all stages and transitions of life, to develop greater outcomes in their personal relationship with themselves and others. Utilizing a combination of approaches that assist in balancing and creating harmony in the mind, body, emotions and spirit. Working to create a space where feelings and worries can be named, and articulated. Deeply held troubles, dramatic histories, and conflict can come to light, be examined and explored, and hope, along with creative ideas can be introduced.
My interest lie in bringing a blend of modern, ancient and contemporary evidenced based practices in assisting clients to develop greater outcomes in their personal lives. It is my upmost intention to support women to gain balance and perspective in their personal lives, collaborating with them using a blend of diverse and eclectic therapeutic approaches.
