I specialize in supporting adults managing anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, and healing from relational trauma. I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief and the impacts of childhood trauma on their daily life, and relationships. The deeper work done by my clients includes themes of perfectionism, childhood attachment wounds, and generational trauma.
Many of us struggle making peace with our humanity. Therefore, my approach to treatment is rooted in the Humanistic approach addressing the impact of the past on our present. I empower Clients through psycho education, and utilizing an integrative approach pulling from mindfulness/grounding, CBT, family systems theory, and psycho dynamic methods.
