Everyone deserves the opportunity to experience life at their fullest potential. At times, you might find yourself struggling to create healthy boundaries within your relationships or work life because of unresolved issues, depression or anxiety. I support people to maximize their well-being through active listening with a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens. I approach therapy with the intention of meeting a person where they are at with empathy, emotional safety and an open mind. In therapy, you determine your goals, and we will work collaboratively to define what success looks like for you.
My clinical experience includes working with families to improve their relationships, youth with complex trauma and adults with depression, anxiety and PTSD. I utilize interventions rooted in attachment theory and emotionally-focused therapy to help you understand and meet your needs. I am trained in TF-CBT and Family Centered Treatment.
Your difficulties don't need to feel impossible to overcome. I appreciate the uniqueness in each person and find joy in providing a safe space for self-exploration. You are the expert of your experience. Call or email me to schedule your first session.
