If you’re finding yourself in an unexpected place in life, I’m here to help. My aim is to provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to share your experiences and to explore options for growth. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals struggling with issues including, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, identity issues, and life transitions.
I'm skilled in the use of multiple evidence-based treatments but I work from a person-centered approach. I'm a firm believer that treatment is not a, “one size fits all,” endeavor, so you and I will work together to identify your own unique goals for therapy, to access your individual strengths, and to navigate any challenges that may be getting in your way.
