In my work with children and families, I explore the client's personal uniqueness and support them in celebrating their genuine selves. By pausing the fast-paced world, therapy sessions incorporate natural elements, experiences, emotions and ways of being with compassion and self-acceptance through play, art, music, movement, and special interests.
The relationship between me and my client is fundamental to the healing process. I meet clients where they are at in an open, honest, and non-judgmental manner. I passionately believe in the power of connection and the importance of being seen, heard, accepted, and understood. I believe that all of us have the capacity to heal our lives.
