My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate and nonjudgmental space in order to feel heard understood and empowered and together we can explore practical strategies, build resilience, and navigate evolving changes.
My approach is collaborative, person centered and incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help my clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviors. I support clients developing healthy coping skills, reframing, unhelpful, thought patterns, and improving communication.
