I believe in meeting you where you're at in life, and helping you find the skills and knowledge you need to heal and flourish. While I see all adults, I specialize in working with veterinary and medical professionals and the unique stressors they face on a daily basis. I strongly believe in the importance of creating a healthy work-life balance and effective boundaries that allow you to flourish.

Starting therapy may be overwhelming, but as your therapist my goal is to provide a safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings. My purpose is to empower you with the skills you need to heal and move forward in your life. We will work together so you can develop the knowledge and tools to overcome your obstacles and thrive.
