I am a Licensed Professional Counselor here to help you overcome the many stressors and life events that seem to impact our lives. I understand it can be difficult and overwhelming to manage on your own. Sometimes all we need is an outside perspective. Sometimes we need help to manage emotion and life stressors. And sometimes we know it is rooted deeper from our past. Whatever the reason, we can work though to overcome the many hurdles life throws at us that often leave us feeling broken.
I am a Certified EMDR Therapist who specializes in helping overcome attachment trauma that often leaves our current relationships feeling difficult and stressful. The relationships we make can affect all areas of our life. I can help heal the wounds of attachment, while building identity, worth, and confidence outside of external sources.
I work from a mindfulness based approach to help you feel more in control of the present moment. The only way to help the past or future is to be mindful and stable in the present. I am willing to meet you where you are in the change process, and offer a warm and accepting space for you to feel more in control of your own life.
