You may have gone to therapy before and it did not seem to help or at least only helped for a short time and then you were flooded again with memories and negative thoughts swirling through your mind.
I have been where you are and I know how miserable it can feel. Many of my clients tell me that they are broken, disorganized or lost. From my own personal experiences and intensive training I am here to tell you there is hope and you can and will feel better.
