About

Compared to many other psychologists, my therapy style may be more goal oriented, assertive, and with a stronger focus on observing and measuring therapeutic progress over longer term emotional processing. My therapeutic style is based on my belief that we do have the power to create healthy emotions & dismantle unwanted emotions. When meeting with you, I'll want to understand how your ongoing circumstances, emotions, behaviors, or thoughts impact the short term as well as the overall outcomes in your life. I base my treatment on evidenced-based inventions, eastern & wellness perspectives, and a conscious awareness approach.
I work with adults who experience depression, anxiety disorders (agoraphobia, panic disorder, social anxiety, specific phobias), OCD, relationship challenges or loss, phase-of-life stressors, procrastination, & LGBTQ or Race related trauma. I also provide Ketamine Assisted Therapy geared towards enhancing therapeutic speed, impact & acute/ longterm gains.
Together, we’ll work towards understanding both the nature of your unwanted emotions & the recurrence of your unfavorable experiences. We’ll discuss what you’d gain, what you’d keep, & what you’d choose to no longer experience. With that information, we'll create your version of happiness. Calls are connected to my call center so please email or message me.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help clients experience more frequent breakthroughs, faster recovery with less mental resistance, deeper emotional processing, and sustained improvement in symptoms over longer periods. Ketamine is a legal, safe and effective medicine used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, general/social/specific anxiety, OCD, PTSD, eating disorders, adjustment disorders, phase of life challenges, apathy and chronic pain. The psychedelic effects of ketamine which are gentle & soothing, last for approximately 45 minutes. Message me for more information about KAP.
