I help pre-teens, teens, young adults and full-fledged adults with these questions. I'm a seasoned mental health therapist who has worked in variety of hospital, community mental health and school health settings.
I help clients to connect with themselves and with their most cherished values. I help them adopt a more helpful attitude toward life's challenges. I help them develop more effective communication skills and coping strategies, so that they might be better understood by others and be better equipped to face and derive meaning from painful life events.
I am both a Military Brat and a Third Culture Brat. I have lived in many parts of the world before I settled in New York City. Why am I saying this?
