I currently work primarily with trauma survivors. I have experience with survivors of domestic violence and assault, marriage and family concerns, anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with clients experiencing major life transitions, parenting or familial concerns. I work with adults from all backgrounds.

I aim to be a guide, helping people figure out the best solutions for their life. While I utilize a person centered approach, I have training in TF-CBT. Every client has individual needs and I work with them to figure out the approach that will best suit that need.

I believe that therapy can be one facet of a holistic approach. In order to heal your mind and your thoughts, there has to be work in all areas of your life. I am willing to work with you, if you are willing to do the work.
