I work with adolescents, teens, and adults to help heal their self-worth wounds before their potential harmful coping skills manifest into lifelong struggles, and help folks rewrite their story once they understand that the only person that needs to understand them is themselves.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, disordered eating and body image, and grief. My work is neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ affirming, and honors highly sensitive minds through adolescence and adulthood. I also practice an anti-diet culture lens to my approach. I am open to spiritual methods to incorporate in our work together, such as using tarot archetypes.
