I have over 10 years of experience addressing substance use disorders and an additional 4 years addressing mental health disorders, and PTSD. I enjoy exploring the "why" behind the maladaptive behavior and empowering my clients to implement their strengths to achieve their goals.

I use a strengths based approach, while incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy approaches to assist you in exploring areas of distress, or discomfort. I will help support you in implementing new, effective coping skills to replace maladaptive coping skills and explore cognitive restructuring where identified.

Ensuring my clients feel safe and supported during their most vulnerable time is one of my top priorities.
