I recognize that growing up in the age of social media and covid-19 has had a great impact on us all. Together, we can navigate this complex environment.
I help children, teens, and adults learn tools to overcome obstacles. I work at the intersection of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and polyvagal approaches. I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I use a collaborative approach to build insight and skills to empower change.
