Being human can be tough, and carrying old wounds can be painful. Pain often speaks to us through patterns of protection, ways we have survived. I help creative, vibrant & sensitive people return to the body's wisdom, gain access to their authentic nature, and find deeper presence in life. Through a somatic, experiential, and relational approach, we navigate lived experience, relationships, the collective field, and the impact within. I approach healing through a non pathologizing, holistic lens— believing that we do not need to be fixed, but given safe permission to be ourselves, fully witnessed and alive in this human experience.

Therapy can offer compassion into those parts of you that may have once been burdened with shame, fear, or silencing. I hold space for human beings to explore, release, and welcome in whatever is needed for them to flourish and thrive. Therapy can help provide access to your system’s inherent ability to heal. In sessions, we learn to trust your inner healer.

My background spans both in-patient and out-patient settings, integrating Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, Expressive Arts, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. With loving curiosity, I help clients access trust & safety within the body or vessel, offering tools for deeper listening, awareness, and balance— the state where joy can naturally arise.
