I am a Counseling Psychologist with more than 10 years of experience helping adults, teens, families, and couples. I enjoy helping people who struggle with trusting themselves find that self trust again or for the first time.
My general therapeutic orientation focuses on acceptance of self, moving toward change, and using your own values to help guide that change.
I try my best to be nonjudgmental as I myself have walked some hard paths in my past. I believe that feeling accepted, having encouragement, and not feeling alone do so much to help a person. I look forward to helping you on your path, no matter where you are on it!
