I received my Masters of the Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to that, I received my Bachelors of the Arts in both Psychology and Sociology from Drew University. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. I specialize and am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT).
I see a variety of clients with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, personality disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, grief and loss, addiction, chronic illness, LGBTQIA+ matters, and much more. I treat children, teens, and adults as well as individuals, couples, and families.
My approach is person-centered, so I tailor my style to fit each individual client's needs. I believe in a non-judgmental stance and the need for a strong rapport in order to give the best treatment.
