With over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families, I am committed to partnering with you to help you re-discover your inner strengths and abilities and find solutions to the challenges you are facing. Some of my areas of expertise include: anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, chronic illness, and maternal mental health. I am also experienced in helping women with life transitions. Whether it be the loss of a relationship, the challenges of being a new mom or dealing with a career change, I can help you see these transitions as an opportunity for positive growth and change.
My style is warm and caring and I use a strengths-based approach to help you create change in your life. Treatment is goal-oriented and I will often check in with you about your progress during the course of therapy. Therapy sessions are offered in my comfortable Temecula office and online therapy sessions to clients who live in California and Connecticut.
