I am a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of experience providing therapy to adults, children, adolescents, couples and families who are experiencing Trauma, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Transitional Issues, Serious Mental Illness, Childhood & Development Issues, & Relationship Stress.
My specialty is working with children and adults to creatively explore and release heavy emotions such as depression, anxiety, and anger. In addition, I specialize in working with the whole family and couples to improve communication, resolve conflict, and engage empathetic listening. I offer a safe space to lean into suffering and create new narratives.
I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and take a holistic, collaborative approach to individual healing. I am deeply committed to offering a wide range of evidence based interventions such as CBT, mindfulness, internal family systems and the Gottman method when providing care. My aim is to support each client on their journey to restore their peace.
