I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am working now as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am so excited to learn about each and every one of you as we go together on your journey toward mental and emotional well-being!
I work mainly through a cognitive-behavioral model, where we explore how beliefs and thoughts affect emotions and how these can affect behavior and move toward positive change. Because each person is unique and might have different needs, I do not hold a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. I believe that the best approach is a collaborative one!
I am accepting new clients and take most commercial insurances. I provide in-person counseling in Gladstone, OR as well as Telehealth services based on your preference.
