I have been in private practice since 1994, providing services for children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I have learned to treat a variety of conditions including Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Personality Disorders, marital problems, and other issues. I also provide a variety of assessment services including disability evaluations, psychological evaluations, custody evaluations, intelligence and academic achievement assessment, and personality assessments. I provide in person and telehealth options for treatment.
Treatment approaches can be as unique as the individual seeking help. That is why I use a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Insight Oriented Psychotherapy, Dream Interpretation, EMDR, and less traditional approaches such as Integrative Therapeutic Yoga Techniques, and Repair and Reattachment Grief Therapy in my work.
My office is located in a comfortable, private environment. This is a house that has been converted to an office, with a professional but non-clinical atmosphere. My space is designed to be a safe, healing place for growth and change. It is wheelchair accessible, and close to bus routes. There is a playroom for children, and a comfortable waiting area.
