My role as a therapist is to help you utilize your strengths to achieve your goals.
Creating sexual health though understanding and exploration of desire, arousal, pleasure, and orgasm. Our relationships with others, ourselves, and our bodies can greatly impact how we experience pleasure.
Christina is licensed in three states. Please note: Texas clients are in person, but there are in person visits available periodically throughout the year. New Mexico clients are all virtual. Female Sexual Arousal & Desire 6 Week Program
Has lack of sexual interest created problems in your relationship? Does this cause you worry? And/or do you want to reconnect with your sexuality? Many women have barriers to sexual well being. I have designed a group that uses proven and effective treatments. Lack of sexual arousal and desire is complex and multifaceted. As a result, I incorporate types of therapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy, sex therapy, mindfulness, and psycho-education. Offered individually as well.
