Being able to learn what makes you, "crazy" can be valuable to learn how to connect to your outer world. I use an eclectic model of therapy with my main focuses being Client-Centered/ Humanistic, CBT, and mindfulness.
My experience consists of working with individuals with severe mental illnesses while also providing services to individuals who just need someone to talk to. I have treated individuals with schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and substance use, in addition to those with adjustment difficulties.
I use genuineness which includes humor and sarcasm during sessions while also providing unconditional positive regard and empathy. I like to say, "I am a figment of your imagination and you get to decide what to do."
