It's often hard to distinguish between everyone and feel you've made the right decision. Finding a genuine connection can take time. It's alright to change your mind if you don't feel comfortable. I specialize in Mindfulness techniques which tap into the reservoir of strength and wisdom within. This encourages active listening to what is internally important, and the desire to fulfill those intrinsic needs. Cognitive behavioral therapy, and other modalities can bring awareness of other perspectives and visions to help exploration.
I enjoy counseling with all age groups. I especially like counseling children. I have play therapy techniques which I feel can enhance their growth and awareness of their place in this world.
