I’m a Christian, foster and adoptive mom, and part of a beautiful, blended family, which gives me a personal understanding of the joys and challenges families face. I’m passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and children through life’s transitions and struggles, helping them grow, heal, and find balance. With experience in faith-informed counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and couples work, I meet clients where they are providing guidance, support, and practical tools tailored to their unique journey.
In your first session, we’ll get to know each other and create a safe, supportive space for you to share what’s on your mind. I’ll ask questions about your concerns, goals, and background to understand your unique situation.
My greatest strengths lie in combining a faith-informed perspective with evidence-based practices to support clients’ emotional, relational, and spiritual growth. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and couples counseling to address a wide range of challenges from anxiety and depression to trauma and family issues.
