My approach is attachment-focused and informed by EFIT, attending to the emotions beneath words and actions—especially those tied to connection, safety, and self-worth. Our work is collaborative and present-focused, helping you name your needs and respond in ways that honor your limits. I also support ketamine-assisted therapy preparation and integration.
