Navigating a full human experience can feel like both a blessing and an incredible challenge. I know this from over a decade's worth of professional experience in helping people move through the complexities of their personal lives and being a human myself. Over the years, I've worked alongside all age demographics of people from many different backgrounds in addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment, and relational issues, to name a few. Starting therapy is a great step in understanding our humanness and receiving support, understanding, and education on where we can start this journey towards change.
The therapeutic approaches I utilize include, but are not limited to, Humanistic, interpersonal, and holistic. I like to think of 'therapy' as a classroom for one's own personal development and continued education of the human experience.
