The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of counseling. I start with building that relationship through therapeutic conversation. I am EMDR trained which can be incorporated when/if appropriate. I recently completed introductory trainings in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and look forward to gaining experience with this therapy model.
I have recently expanded the insurances I accept by partnering with Headway. I can be reached via text, email, and phone call. I work Monday through Thursday and make every effort to return contacts within one working day (excluding holidays/vacation). Immediate opens are available.
