Hello! My name is Christina Ercoli and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Sarasota Florida. I believe that the therapeutic rapport between therapist and client is most important and that trust and safety in the relationship helps nurture growth. My approach focuses on addressing the core issues that are fueling the symptoms and causing distress in your life.
I enjoy utilizing the techniques of CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic, Object Relations and Inner Child Work. My job is to help you explore your mind, identify uncomfortable feelings, and support you in finding more authentic ways of expressing yourself.
The treatment is individualized and viewed through a holistic lens in which the client is seen as a whole being and the connection between mind, body, and spirit is honored.
