I work with children dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety/depression, school refusal and behavioral issues, symptoms/needs related to their neurodivergence (e.g., Autism, ADHD), complex trauma or PTSD, family relational issues (e.g., separation anxiety, attachment barriers, conflict), peer relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and more. Some parents are looking for a little guidance, while others may be needing more extensive support. I collaborate with families to better understand what exactly a child needs, and we work together to help their children gain the skills they need to be successful in their lives.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with children (0-12 years old) and families. I am a Registered Play Therapist and utilize various play therapy models and interventions to support your child's specific needs. I work with children and families together, including parents throughout the journey of healing and growth.
