Hello, I am Chrissy Dingledine. I was born and raised in Ohio and in the past few years I moved to North Carolina. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati with my Master's in Social Work in 2012. I am currently independently licensed in Ohio and North Carolina. I have had a range of experience from providing crisis and solution focused treatment in a jail setting, providing holistic and solution focused treatment in a medical clinic, and providing care to adolescents in the school setting. Each setting has helped me grow as a provider and a person.
During our first session, we will give introductions and review your rights to confidentiality and privacy. After the formalities are over we will begin to explore what has brought you to therapy and how we can begin to address the challenges you are facing.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is the understanding that not every person is in the same place in their journey to wellness. I have worked with adolescents and adults of various backgrounds and I want each person to feel heard, validated and safe as we begin to work together.
