I specialize in working with individuals who desire to improve their self-esteem, move away from people pleasing tendencies, struggle with anxiety, and want to discover new ways to solve problems within their family systems. I offer clinical hypnosis and distance reiki, and in my personal life I observe moon phases and celebrate the changing seasons.
