I specialize in the Neuro Affective Relational Model, NARM, an evidence-based understanding of mental health, the body and nervous system. NARM directly works to resolve impacts of complex stress and life-long survival patterns. Somatic mindfulness is use to address symptoms and restore connection, agency, self-regulation, and presence.
