I specialize in a body-oriented psychotherapy called Neuro Affective Relational Model, NARM. Together we explore your thoughts and emotions as well as your body and nervous system (somatic experience). I help in addressing difficulties associated with unresolved trauma, loss, relationship dynamics, depression, fear + anxiety, burnout, and self-defeat issues.
