I work with adults, and couples only at this time. I view therapy as a journey, one we take together. My role is to walk alongside you, creating a safe space to explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and find meaningful ways to cope, heal, and grow. Sometimes we find solutions; others, we work to develop resilience and peace in the midst of uncertainty. As a Christian, I believe in God’s grace and unconditional love. If spirituality is important to you, we can include that in our work together — whether through discussion, prayer, or simply honoring it as part of your worldview. If not that is ok too.
As a Licensed Certified Social Worker, I bring both professional training and deep personal experience to the therapeutic relationship. Over the past 11+ years in social work and more than 5 years providing therapy, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges.
I believe healing begins with being seen and heard, and together we’ll work toward the strength and skills needed to cope and grow.
