If you are a teen or young adult navigating anxiety, identity stress, and major life transitions, especially when balancing family expectations, cultural identity, and the pressure of being the first in their family to figure things out, well I'm here to help. You might be dealing with overthinking, people-pleasing, setting boundaries, or life transitions (college, independence, relationships, adulthood). Together we can focus on helping you step out of survival mode, understand the patterns shaped by your upbringing, and build tools to guide you to a more grounded version of you.

Therapy with me is focused on helping you move out of survival mode and into a more grounded, intentional way of living. We work on understanding the patterns that are keeping you stuck, build tools to manage anxiety and emotional stressors while strengthening boundaries with family and relationships, and exploring identity and cultural expectations.

As we work together, you may begin to notice feeling more grounded and emotionally steady, less reactivity during stress or conflict, greater clarity in decisions and relationships, and healthier boundaries with family and expectations. The goal is not to become a different person, but to feel more like yourself, with tools that support your life.
