Many of us struggle to be kind and patient with ourselves, especially if we have endured or been witness to traumatic experiences. I believe that we are all capable of change and healing, if we lead with compassion. In our work together, we will focus on nurturing your relationships, starting with the self, unlocking your innate ability to heal, feel, grow, connect, redefine and transcend beyond your pain.

I would describe my approach to therapy as 'embodied, empowered, attuned and aligned'. I am client centered. I integrate somatic practices, mindfulness techniques and CBT to help you safely connect with your body, increase emotional awareness, build resilience and self compassion. I teach accessible skills to support emotional regulation and healthy coping.

I really enjoy working with creatives, the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodiverse, women, alternative lifestyles, college aged, older teens and adults. You are deserving of love, joy and freedom.
