I’ve worked in a number of different settings with a wide range of different ages, backgrounds, and needs that has allowed me to incorporate multiple intervention methods into my therapy style. Some I find value in are cognitive behavioral, rational emotive behavioral therapy, strengths-based, and mind/body connection.
It can be hard to keep up with the demands of life and this world when you aren't up for it.
