I was a counselor before I was a mom - so professionally and personally, I get the struggle. That's why I'm on a mission to empower moms. Counseling isn't about perfecting tools or overhauling your life. It's about shifting it. I work with all ages and stages but regardless of who joins me in the room - I'm here to support you. We'll develop goals so we're "rowing in the same direction." Feeling stuck and ready for relief? I offer virtual Brainspotting sessions at a reduced fee of $100 on Mondays.

I'm a CBT certified, SPACE trained clinician who is trained in family systems! I cater treatment to individual and family needs and prioritize collaboration throughout the process. I am strengths-based by nature and always strive for enhanced wellness through practical tools and strategies.
