I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and challenges with self-esteem or relationships. Many clients seek therapy during times of overwhelm, uncertainty, or when feeling stuck or disconnected. Together, we will create a safe and supportive container to build insight and awareness, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful growth.
My approach is warm, collaborative and individualized to each client's specific needs. Drawing from person-centered, trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches, I support clients in increasing self-awareness, process difficult or traumatic experiences, and build practical tools for lasting change.
It is important to me that clients feel comfortable enough to show up exactly as they are. I believe there is power in being truly heard and seen, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgemental space where healing and growth can occur.
