I have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 40 years. Throughout all of my years in practice, I have been amazed by the resilience of the human spirit. I see clients who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma. My work includes clients who have endured and survived traumatic histories or devastating losses, and are now presenting with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Complex PTSD, or Dissociative Disorders. Healing from trauma can happen with support and effective therapeutic tools!
I am an EMDR Certified therapist, offering specialized help for the treatment of trauma. Hypnotherapy and EMDR are effective therapies I offer to treat trauma. Every client has an individualized treatment plan and works at their own pace.
I also offer clinical consultation to other psychotherapists.
