About
If you or a loved one is experiencing problems with thinking, such as memory, language, or problem-solving, an evaluation of cognitive functioning could be helpful. I am a clinical neuropsychologist who provides testing for a variety of neurological conditions, and can assist in diagnosing cognitive and psychological disorders, as well as clarifying level of cognitive functioning. I have specialized training in brain-behavior relationships, and use only gold standard tests to determine the extent of impairment. This allows me to provide you with meaningful information about your cognitive health and offer tailored recommendations.
I have expertise in evaluating dementias and neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's disease, vascular disease, Lewy Body dementia, Parkinson's disease), TBI/concussion, stroke, and other medical conditions, including seizures, autoimmune, and metabolic diseases. I also conduct assessments for adults with ADHD and neuropsychiatric disorders.
We will start with an interview, and will discuss your areas of concern and relevant background information. After testing is complete, we will review the results, diagnosis, and targeted recommendations in detail, so that you will have an understanding of how your neurological symptoms impact your behavior, emotional functioning, and everyday life skills.
