I believe that a good match between the client and therapist is key to therapeutic success. My approach is very straight-forward and down-to-earth. I help individuals, couples and families build the skills needed to overcome emotional challenges, relationship difficulties and to move through life changes, creating healthier lives. I assist families having difficulty relating to one another, through parenting strategies or a couples focus. I have expertise working with divorce, teens, anxiety/depression, school/work issues, and chronic health conditions. I am an LGBTQ+ ally and enjoy supporting women through stage-of-life challenges.
I have over 26 years of experience providing therapy and consulting with schools, physicians, & attorneys. I enjoy presenting workshops, including corporate wellness seminars & providing clinical consultation, as well as consulting with businesses. I have been granted Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) by the PsyPact Commission.
The Center for Neuropsychology & Counseling offers individual, family, couples, & group therapy, as well as neuropsychological & educational assessments. Other clinicians' specialties include Autism, ADHD, OCD, head injury, & educational issues.
