I am a licensed clinician specializing in integrative, somatic psychotherapy that supports clients in deepening the connection between mind and body. I earned my clinical training and graduate education in mental health counseling and have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional dysregulation.
