I have worked in mental healthcare for over 16 years, both as a licensed clinical therapist and clinical supervisor. I have advanced training and experience in CBT with ERP (exposure and response prevention) for working with anxiety disorders and OCD and related disorders. I am also trained and experienced in EMDR, ACT and motivational interviewing (MI.)

I utilize CBT with ERP when treating OCD and related disorders as well as anxiety disorders. I always meet clients where they are and move at the pace the client feels the most comfortable with. For addressing trauma and adverse life events, I practice EMDR therapy. Clients report a large improvement in their symptoms as we're working together in therapy.

Join the next weekly virtual 90-minute DBT skills group beginning June 8, 2025 on Wednesdays from 5:30-7pm. This is an 8-week program where participants will learn essential DBT skills including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness to enhance their coping, better manage emotions, improve relationships, and live more intentionally. If a session is missed, participants will receive all group materials via email. We offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to discuss the group and answer any questions.
