It is my pleasure to work with individuals, couples, and families, to help bring hope and healing. Couples can find themselves in a place where they struggle to connect and end up in defense postures, feeling frustrated and disconnected. Often, there is healing that needs to take place as well as learning to see through each other's "lenses" to build a strong attachment that will last. Many individuals struggle with anxiety, depression, and past trauma, as well as negative thought cycles, leaving them stuck and miserable. It's common for teens to experience low self esteem and confusion about the future and where they belong.
Everyone is unique. I strive to meet people where they are, and work with them to discover where they'd like to be and help them get there. I waste little time getting to core issues, and I pull from several therapeutic modalities, depending on what is needed. I have chosen to use modalities that have trusted success based on psychological research.
