I am experienced in PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, dissociation, self-esteem issues and stress management. I offer a wide range of proven interventions in the healing of trauma including EMDR and IFS parts work. My ideal client is one who has experienced complex childhood trauma through abuse or neglect that other interventions have not helped.
I incorporate an integrated approach that includes being trauma-informed, person-centered, open-minded, and non-judgmental. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified therapist and Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained.
I believe working together on a collaborative approach tailored to your needs is best. I provide a safe place for you to begin to heal at your pace while learning how to cope with those feelings.
